My Services

I offer virtual Telehealth therapy to anyone in the state of California, or in-person therapy at Mind Garden, a wellness center in Historic Folsom, California.

Address: 929 Sutter Street, Folsom, CA 95630

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to slow down and listen inward -to untangle patterns, tend to unresolved traumas, and make space for what’s next. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will honor your full self, not just your symptoms. Rooted in compassion and curiosity, this space invites deep healing and gentle transformation.

Sessions are generally weekly or bi/weekly, 50 minutes, and I have sliding scale cost of $175-225 per session.

If you are able to afford the higher range of the sliding scale, your contribution helps me keep therapy accessible to those with greater financial need!

I believe therapy should be accessible to all, and keep half of my caseload open for insurance-covered care. (Currently there is a waitlist for insurance-covered care)

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers the medicine of being seen, heard, and reflected by others walking their own healing paths. Through shared stories, silence, laughter, and insight, we create a space where connection becomes a catalyst for growth. I facilitate a variety of groups focused on different topics, like sexual trauma, grief, and menstrual cycle alignment.

Please inquire to find out more about group offerings or to join the waiting list.

Couples/Families

Relationships are living ecosystems; sometimes thriving, sometimes in need of repair. In couples and family therapy, we explore the patterns that shape connection, the wounds that need tending, and the possibilities for more honest, loving, and attuned relationships. Together, we’ll create space to listen deeply, speak courageously, and grow in ways that honor each person in the system.
